Our support center is located at 4554 W St in Lincoln, NE. Our mission is to work with our stores to provide them with courteous and timely service in addition to consitent leadership and support.

Asset Protection Officer
Schedule:
FT/PT - Variable Schedule at Lincoln Locations
Objective:
To protect Company assets and profits by preventing, detecting, reporting, and resolving issues related to loss prevention, security and inventory shortage.
Essential Function:
•Protection of store assets. •Surveillance of customers and associates to detect theft and other forms of loss. •Apprehension of shoplifters. •Security patrols - interior and exterior. •Provide exemplary customer service and assistance. •Assuring safety of customers and associates by identifying, reporting and helping correct safety hazards. •Inspection of stores to identify deficiencies which cause shortage and loss. •Long periods of standing and walking with some sitting; ability to move about all areas of the store quickly and without attracting attention; and climbing ladders and maneuvering in and out of confined areas. •Must be a minimum of 19 years of age. •Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
   


Baker
Schedule:
FT - Baker 'Floater'; Availability to work at any Lincoln Grocery Store, as needed.
Objective:
To provide excellent product and excellent service.
Essential Function:
Bake and fry quality products to meet the demands of the customer. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending. Food Handler's permit required.
   


Floral Manager Trainee
Schedule:
FT - variable schedule
Objective:
A profitable department.
Essential Function:
Ordering and pricing of floral product. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Proper placement on shelves. Requires bending, lifting, and long periods of standing. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


Loss Prevention Manager
Schedule:
FT/PT - Variable schedule (Lincoln location)
Objective:
To protect Company assets and profits by preventing, detecting, reporting, and resolving issues related to loss prevention, security and inventory shortage.
Essential Function:
Coordinate the protection of Company property and safety of customers and associates at assigned stores. Protect company assets from losses due to internal and external theft, fraud and injury accidents. Investigate, document and resolve loss and other incidents. Perform loss prevention inspections and audits and reinforce Security and Loss Prevention standards and procedures. Instill awareness of Loss Prevention and Security concepts and roles through execution of training and awareness initiatives. Assist with the design, deployment and ongoing training of security systems and controls. Communicate with Store Directors, Managers, Home Office, and local Law Enforcement agencies on matters of concern related to Loss Prevention and Security. Manage and supervise loss prevention personnel and/or manage Loss Prevention Department program components, if so assigned. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Requires long periods of standing and walking with some sitting; ability to move about all areas of the store quickly and without attracting attention; and climbing ladders and maneuvering in and out of confined areas. Valid Driver�s License and good driving record required.
   


Overnight Manager
Schedule:
FT - Overnight Hours
Objective:
A clean, well-stocked store.
Essential Function:
Manage all facets of the store at night. Unloading, transporting, cutting open cases of merchandise. Proper placement of merchandise on shelves as required; janitorial duties. Long periods of heavy lifting, bending, and standing required. Cashiering, customer service and security duties. Requires knowledge of store operations. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


Pharmacist
Schedule:
Relief hours available at Lincoln Store locations
Objective:
A profitable and effective Pharmacy.
Essential Function:
Operation of the Pharmacy requiring knowledge and certification for distribution of pharmaceuticals. Requires long periods of standing. Patient confidentiality in and out of the store is to be followed at all times. Cashiering. Must be a minimum age of 18 years. Must have a current state pharmacy license. Must be privacy practices certifiable and abide by HIPAA regulations.
   


Produce Manager Trainee

FT - Variable Schedule (Lincoln Location)
Objective:

Essential Function:
