Accounts Payable Manager
Schedule:
FT - Variable schedule, including weekends
Objective:
To ensure the Company goals and needs are met by a self-sufficient, well-trained Accounts Payable Department capable of completing all Accounts Payable tasks accurately and efficiently.
Essential Function:
Knowledge of basic and advanced accounting procedures, as well as sales tax regulations. Supervision of Accounts Payable Department. Development, implementation and enforcement of department operational standards to insure productivity and accuracy. Requires long periods of sitting.
   


Digital Marketing Coordinator
Schedule:
PT - Weekday availability, approx. 20-25 hours/week
Objective:
Assist Digital Marketing Manager to Create, plan & execute digital and social marketing campaigns for each of the company's brands.
Essential Function:
Help with all aspects of email, social & digital marketing campaigns. Must be a minimum of 21 years old.
   


Refrigeration & HVAC Technician
Schedule:
FT - Variable schedule, including weekends
Objective:
To provide the stores with refrigeration maintenance and to be the first point of contact for any refrigeration repairs and/or problems.
Essential Function:
To work under the direction of the Director of Buildings & Equipment to manage refrigeration repair and maintenance needs, maintain service records and schedules, and determine when it is necessary to call on an outside vendor to complete refrigeration repairs.
   


Relief Pharmacist
Schedule:
PT - Variable schedule, including weekends
Objective:
Contribute to making the Pharmacy profitable, efficient, and effective.
Essential Function:
Operation of the Pharmacy requiring knowledge and certification for distribution of pharmaceuticals. Requires long periods of standing. Patient confidentiality in and out of the store is to be followed at all times. Cashiering. Must be a minimum age of 18 years. Must have a current state pharmacy license. Must be privacy practices certifiable and abide by HIPAA regulations.
