Category Manager
Schedule:
FT - Variable Schedule
Objective:
Maximize sales and profits by effectively managing assigned categories and assisting with center store operations.
Essential Function:
Expert knowledge of grocery operations. Development, implementation, and enforcement of department operational standards to increase sales, maximize productivity, and promote marketing image. Influence gross profit through aggressive buying and merchandising practices and controls. Assist center store department management teams towards achieving/exceeding gross profit, sales, supply, and labor percentage goals through counsel, training, and direction.
   


Floral Manager Trainee
Schedule:
FT - variable schedule
Objective:
A profitable department.
Essential Function:
Ordering and pricing of floral product. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Proper placement on shelves. Requires bending, lifting, and long periods of standing. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
   


Human Resources Clerk/Generalist
Schedule:
FT - Monday-Friday, primarily daytime hours
Objective:
To provide the best service possible by providing accurate, efficient, and courteous support and assistance to store management teams and all associates.
Essential Function:
To provide human resources support to management teams and associates across the entire company.
   


Produce Manager Trainee
Schedule:
FT - Variable Schedule
Objective:
A profitable department.
Essential Function:
Expert knowledge of produce. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Ordering, unloading, transporting, cutting open cases of produce. Stocking and rotating produce in a timely, appropriate manner. Efficient handling of merchandise to meet the demands of the customers. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Requires standing, bending and heavy lifting.
   


Store Director
Schedule:
FT - Variable Schedule
Objective:
Meet and exceed budgeted sales and profit goals while maintaining optimum overall daily store conditions.
Essential Function:
Requires ability to effectively manage 100-150 associates in their respective job duties. Requires experience in the grocery industry: operations, merchandising, associate relations, report preparation, money handling, accounting, and effective oversight of the entire store. Must be able to achieve or exceed expectations in gross profit, sales, and labor expenses. Bending, lifting, and standing required. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
