Accountant
Schedule:
FT - Daytime hours, M-F, other time on an as needed basis.
Objective:
Maintain and assist in accounting functions for the Company.
Essential Function:
To perform detailed accounting functions and related projects. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile various accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve any issues promptly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Financial Analysis: Communicate assist store management with financial statement analysis Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and provide data for annual audits.
   


Accounts Payable Clerk
Schedule:
FT - Mostly Daytime hours, or as needed.
Objective:
To process Accounts Payable tasks in a timely, accurate manner.
Essential Function:
Knowledge of basic and advanced accounting procedures and sales tax regulations is desirable. Accurate and efficient completion of all assigned AP tasks. Requires some long periods of sitting. Requires travel to stores.
   


District Manager
Schedule:
FT - Variable Schedule, including weekends
Objective:
To positively influence sales, profits, merchandising, sanitation and overall conditions in all store locations.
Essential Function:
Development, implementation and enforcement of store operational standards to increase sales, maximize productivity, and promote marketing image. Influence gross profit through support of merchandising and marketing strategies. Assist Store and Departmental Management teams towards achieving/exceeding sales, gross profit, supply, labor percentage and budget goals through counsel, training and direction.
   


Field Operations Pharmacy Technician
Schedule:
FT - Variable schedule, including weekends
Objective:
Establish and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for our pharmacy services through hands-on training and direct support for our pharmacy personnel.
Essential Function:
Schedule - FT 40 hours per week. Must be available for travel to all B&R Pharmacies Reports to the Pharmacy Director. Gaining expert knowledge of pharmacy operations and all offered pharmacy services, then relaying that to our pharmacy teams using a hands-on, direct approach. Requires long periods of standing and some travel. Must be privacy practices certifiable and abide by HIPAA regulations.
   


Point of Sale Technician
Schedule:
FT - Mostly Daytime M-F hours, some nights and weekends
Objective:
Ensure that all POS equipment is in working order so stores can serve our customers in an accurate and timely manner.
Essential Function:
Maintain in-store POS equipment, keeping it all in good working order. Assist store associates with day-to-day operational procedures.
