Accountant
Schedule:
FT- days
Objective:
Maintain and assist in accounting functions for the Company.
Essential Function:
To perform detailed accounting functions and related projects. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile various accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve any issues promptly. Compliance: Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Financial Analysis: Communicate assist store management with financial statement analysis Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and provide data for annual audits.
   

Produce Manager
Schedule:
FT - Variable schedule, including weekends.
Objective:
A profitable department.
Essential Function:
Expert knowledge of produce. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Ordering, unloading, transporting, cutting open cases of produce. Stocking and rotating produce in a timely, appropriate manner. Efficient handling of merchandise to meet the demands of the customers. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Requires standing, bending and heavy lifting.
   

Refrigeration & HVAC Technician
Schedule:
FT - Variable schedule, including weekends
Objective:
To provide the stores with refrigeration maintenance and to be the first point of contact for any refrigeration repairs and/or problems.
Essential Function:
To work under the direction of the Director of Buildings & Equipment to manage refrigeration repair and maintenance needs, maintain service records and schedules, and determine when it is necessary to call on an outside vendor to complete refrigeration repairs.
   

Relief Pharmacist
Schedule:
Work your own schedule, all shifts by request only; Travel & Mileage
Objective:
Contribute to making the Pharmacy profitable, efficient, and effective.
Essential Function:
Operation of the Pharmacy requiring knowledge and certification for distribution of pharmaceuticals. Requires long periods of standing. Patient confidentiality in and out of the store is to be followed at all times. Cashiering. Must be a minimum age of 18 years. Must have a current state pharmacy license. Must be privacy practices certifiable and abide by HIPAA regulations.
   

Relief Pharmacy Technician
Schedule:
PT - Variable schedule, including weekends
Objective:
Establish and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for our pharmacy services through hands-on training and direct support for our pharmacy personnel.
Essential Function:
Flexible request only schedule with a variety of shifts that are in demand (NO "Only Evenings and Weekends")! Daytime, Afternoon, Early Evenings. For the 'Lincoln' Relief Technician position - You Must be available for travel to all Lincoln based B&R Pharmacies. For other locations, you will generally serve that area's store, with other store opportunities. Reports to the Pharmacy Director. Gaining expert knowledge of pharmacy operations and all offered pharmacy services, then relaying that to our pharmacy teams using a hands-on, direct approach. Requires long periods of standing and some travel. Must be privacy practices certifiable and abide by HIPAA regulations.
